The Upgrade replaces the CPU processor (with fan), Main Board (Mb) and RAM memory. You still have the same computer case with existing Hard Drive, CD-Rom, screen, keyboard and speakers. If OS Windows needs to be reloaded, the extra fee is $50. Your choice of MS Windows XP HE, Windows Vista Ultimate, Windows Vista Home Basics or Windows 7
